Our most recently completed project, The Elgin Street Built Green Reno, expertly renovated by Doug Pearcey and his team at Vertical Grain Projects was recently photographed by Martin Knowles Photo/Media and it looks great, if we do say so ourselves! One SEED provided a full scope of architectural and interior design services for the renovation to a kitchen, powder room, office space, lounge, laundry room, new deck, and the addition of an interconnected stair to the lower floor.
The finished project has been certified as Built Green Gold. In fact, we exceeded the points required for the highest level of certification (Platinum), however were unable to qualify due to our Energuide Score which could not be increased as the renovated area was completely open to the existing 1912 era home.
